How would you like to be our Support Services Director?

Your Role

As Support Services Director:

  • You’ll develop others. This role is less task-focused and more people and growth-focused. You’ll get to lead and inspire people, and that’s precisely what you’re good at!
  • You’ll work through managers to help them grow their teams. You’ll be the one to make sure managers of the entire support services team have everything they need for their teams to perform. This includes coaching and supporting management for dispatch, contact center, warehouse, purchasing, and fleet.
  • You’ll spotlight areas of focus and work to improve them. Your attention to detail is gonna serve you well in this role! You’ll see what our weak spots are, and you’ll strategize on how to make the team stronger. Our focus is always on making things easy for our customers. If there’s something that isn’t easy for them, you’re gonna spot it and help us work to better it!
  • You’ll address escalated customer concerns. Sometimes, expectations aren’t met or things aren’t communicated as well as they should be. You’re no stranger to talking to customers, and you know how to make them feel better when things aren’t right!

The Super-Fun HR Stuff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Support Services Director:

  • At least seven (7) years of office or operations management experience 
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions 
  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks 
  • Committed adherence and enforcement of the company’s core values and core purpose 
  • Intermediate level or higher proficiency with computer skills and Microsoft Excel 
  • Reliable and punctual attendance 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS for Support Services Director:

  • At least ten (10) years of office or operations management experience 
  • Prior management experience successfully leading and overseeing a team of 100+ direct/indirect reports 
  • Prior residential Plumbing and/or HVAC industry experience 
  • Prior Service Titan Experience
