Accounts Payable Specialist

How would you like to be our Accounts Payable Specialist? 

Your Role  

As Accounts Payable Specialist: 

• You’ll input invoices. Fortunately, you’ve got an associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or two or more years of Accounts Payable experience! 

• You’ll reconcile vendor statements. It’s important to check all the information in invoices to make sure we’re not over or underpaying. You’ve got that eye for detail that we need!  

• You’ll issue checks/ACHs. When it’s time to pay a vendor or reimburse an employee, you’ll be the one processing those payments.

The Super-Fun HR Stuff 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for an Accounts Payable Specialist: 

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 

• Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions 

• Positive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent, timely, and accurate processes 

• Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks 

• Highly detail-orientated 

• Proficient in math and 10-key 

• Ability to successfully work independently and accurately with minimal supervision 

• Fluent ability to read, write, and speak in the English language 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS for an Accounts Payable Specialist: 

• Additional experience & education in Accounting 

• Work experience in Sage Intacct Preferred 
• Service Titan experience
