Overview

You’re an experienced electrician who loves working on a team, but deserves a team with the skills and knowledge to do great work. This is the job for you!

Your Role

As an Electricalyou’ll:

  • Plan installation jobsYou’re organized and a strategizerYou’ll be looking over the details of each job before getting started to make sure you have everything you need (including a plan!) to get things done perfectly for the customer.
  • Install new systems. Panel upgrades, service upgrades, light fixture, generators, new circuits, and more! You’re an electrical expert who knows their stuff, so you’re comfortable installing all these things AND helping with HVAC/plumbing installs when needed!
  • Lead your install crew. We’re gonna make sure any helpers or apprentices you get are gonna be the best of the best! You won’t need to babysit them or hold their hands. They wanna do a great job, just like you. And you’ll be the one to lead the way and call the shots on installations!
  • Hold your crew to high standards. When families trust us with their homes, they deserve to have work done the RIGHT way the FIRST time. That’s why you have the same high standards we do, and you’ll make sure each install job is done right!
  • Keep the install site safe and organized. Above everything else, we want our people to go home safe to their families at the end of the day. You’ll help make sure everything is taken care of safely, and that the workspace is organized (to keep things safe and efficient)!

Responsibilities

Other Highlights of the Job

  • You’ll be helping families get the electrical help they need!
  • You won’t have a boss yelling at you here. You’ll get the respect you deserve!
  • You’ll get a company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and free laundry service.

All About YOU

  • You’ve been an electrician for a while now. You know all about wiring, panels, safety codes, and troubleshooting. Tricky electrical jobs don’t scare you off!
  • You’re a problem solver who adapts quickly. You’re not one to panic easily under pressure. You’re used to having to adjust to changes in projects, and your elite-level technical knowledge means you’re able to come up with a new plan fast!
  • You’re a leader who has high standards. You believe in holding the people around you accountable for their work, but you’re good at being encouraging and motivating about it. You lead by example! You’ve got a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and good attention to safety.
  • You’re good at juggling multiple things at once. You don’t have issues hitting deadlines, and you like the excitement that comes with working on multiple projects or with multiple people at once!
