All About YOU

  • You have 3+ years of plumbing experience.
  • You love learning new things. Even though you’ve been a plumber for a while, you’re always open to new ways of doing things.
  • You value quality over quantity. You believe it’s better to take the time needed to do a great job, rather than rush through something and sacrifice quality.
  • You enjoy coaching and helping others. As a Lead Plumbing Installer, you’ll help coach Plumbing Install Assistants as they learn the trade. After all, you’re the best to learn from!

You’re good at keeping a level head. Plumbing install jobs can be a bit scary to customers—after all, you’re making some pretty big changes to their home. You’re good at making them feel better about the process, and you can think on your feet when an installation proves to be a bit tricky.

Responsibilities

As a Plumber, you’ll:

Work on large scale projects and equipment installation, such as re-pipe jobs and water heater installations

  • Partner with the plumbing service department to take care of customer concerns. After a service plumber diagnoses the issue and works with the customer on a solution, you come in and make it happen!
  • Coordinate with other plumbing installers and equipment operators (when necessary) to remove old plumbing and replace it with new systems. You don’t believe in taking shortcuts and neither do we. You know how to make sure the job is done right and is up to code!
  • Provide feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to other plumbers.

Some Highlights of the Job

  • You’ll have year-round stability.
  • You won’t have a boss yelling at you here. You’ll be shown respect!
