Your Role
As an eSupport Specialist (Night Shift ending at midnight):

- You’ll process customer orders. When a customer needs service, you’ll log details by using our tracking software for any orders and changes.

You’re a decisive and passionate people person who loves taking care of customers and figuring out the little details in a call. As Sales Coordinator, you’re gonna support our sales team by pairing customers with the best salesperson for them.
Your Role
As Sales Coordinator:
- You’ll set and confirm sales appointments for customers and technicians. You’ll answer, respond to, and follow up with calls and emails from customers and technicians. This includes looking at sales leads and scheduling and moving Sales Specialists around on the dispatch board. Sometimes, you’ll get 50-100 inbound/outbound calls daily, so things will stay interesting and exciting!
- You’ll dive into sales appointments for more information. One of your biggest responsibilities will be helping our Sales Specialists who are out in the field. You’ll be the one who researches and collects the little details that could help make their calls successful!
- You’ll dispatch salespeople. Your eye for detail is gonna come in handy here! One of your roles will be designating which Sales Specialist is best for which call. You’ll use the information you find to figure out the best match. This makes sure every call is given the maximum opportunity for success!
Mr. Jenkins Told Me you’re a hands-on person who takes safety seriously!
How would you like to get paid to play in the dirt? Are you experienced with excavators and trenchers? Would your friends call you “cautious” and “safe”?

As an Excavator Operator:
- You’ll operate excavators and additional equipment. You’ve been doing this for a while, so you know the ropes!
- You’ll work in accordance with the Lead Plumbing Installer and crew. Everyone on a plumbing team works together like gears in a machine-- everyone is important!
- You’ll make the customer a priority and pay strong attention to safety. You’ll always be working to improve service, productivity, and efficiency, without sacrificing safety!
- You’ll work flexible hours. People don’t always know when plumbing emergencies are gonna happen, and sometimes they happen on weekends or evenings.
- You’ll clean heavy equipment daily and as scheduled/required. Taking proper care of your equipment ensures it can serve you well for a long time! If there are ever any problems with your equipment, you can let us know, and we’ll take care of it.

- You’ll have the potential to make over $24.00 per hour.

What is Build-A-Plumber? It’s a fun name for a fun plumbing program!
Basically, you’ll be training to become a Drain Technician for Morris-Jenkins.
You don’t need any plumbing experience, and we’ll even pay you during training (starting at $18/hr through training).
Classes begin May 20, 2024!
Your Role In Build-A-Plumber:
- You’ll participate in classes and labs. When you join Build-A-Plumber, you’ll have some time in the classroom, time in our state-of-the-art lab, and time riding along with current technicians to actual appointments.
- You’ll go from no Plumbing experience to a Plumbing pro! Our Build-A-Plumber trainees come from all kinds of backgrounds. Your background is part of who you are today, but it doesn’t have to dictate who you’re gonna be tomorrow. If you wanna be a plumbing technician, put in the effort and we can help you become one of the best!
- You’ll graduate and become a full-time Drain Technician.
- You’ll make good money. Morris-Jenkins offers compensation far beyond most other companies. After you graduate from class, we’ll give you a raise! Many of our Build-A-Plumber graduates are now making more than $100k a year.
